Cancellation Policy

Last-minute changes or no-shows greatly impact my business, so please review the following:
• Cancellations/Reschedules: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
• Late Cancellations (under 24 hours): A fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.
• No-Shows: Will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require a deposit for future bookings.
• Arriving Late: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and considered a late cancellation.
